Autumn Peach


  • 1.5 oz/45 ml of Swear Jar whisky
  • 0.75 oz/22.5 ml of lemon juice
  • 1 oz/30 ml of orange juice
  • 1 oz/30 ml of peach ginger syrup (homemade)
  • 1 peach slice for garnish


Homemade peach ginger syrup:

  • 4 oz/120 g of diced peach
  • 4 oz/120 g of white sugar
  • 0.5 oz/15 g of diced ginger
  • 4 oz/120 ml of water


Add all ingredients to the shaker tin. Shake with ice for 10-15 seconds. Pour over fresh ice. Garnish with a peach slice.

For the peach ginger syrup: add all ingredients to a saucepan. Heat until sugar goes clear. Simmer for 5 min or until the fluid goes pink. Fine strain and bottle.
