Ginger & Honey Sour


  • 50ml of Swear Jar whisky
  • 20ml of ginger-infused honey (homemade)
  • 25ml of lemon juice
  • Gypsophila sprig for garnish


Homemade ginger-infused honey:

  • 200grams of honey
  • 100grams of water
  • 30grams of peeled and chopped ginger root


Shake and strain over ice.
Garnish with a gypsophila sprig.

Ginger infused honey: mix everything together in a saucepan and bring to a boil whilst stirring. Simmer for 10 minutes. Cool and strain.
