Method:

Add Swear Jar whisky, salted strawberry honey syrup, lemon juice, and grapefruit juice to a shaker with ice. Shake then strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with grapefruit peel. 

Homemade salted strawberry honey syrup: combine all ingredients in a small pot on the stove. Muddle the strawberries. Bring the concoction to the boil. Remove from the heat. Sit for 30 minutes. Strain, Chill & Serve!
