Spellbound cocktail


  • 1 1⁄2 oz of Swear Jar whisky
  • 3 slices of cucumber
  • 3/4 oz of lime juice
  • 3/4 oz of peach simple (homemade)
  • 2 drops of ginger tincture (homemade)
  • 2 dashes of peach bitters
  • Orange aroma cloud
  • Dry ice
  • 2 cups of frozen peaches
  • I cup of granulated sugar
  • Fresh chopped ginger


For the peach simple: simmer 2 cups of frozen peaches, 1 cup of granulated sugar, 1 cup of water. Cool, strain through a fine-mesh strainer.

For the ginger tincture: fill a jar roughly 3/4 way full with your ginger. Pour vodka or brandy over top, until the jar is almost full. Place a cap on the jar, shake really good and store in a dark place for two weeks, strain through cheese cloth and store in a cool, dark place. Shelf life is a year.

For the orange cloud: combine  dry ice , orange peels and warm water in a carafe, which produce the aroma orange fog, then topped the drink.
