It’s bacon, B@!&%h

Cocktail feat. SWEAR JAR Maple Donut Whisky

If brunch were a cocktail, this would be it. Sip a naughty concoction of tastebud-awakening flavors like maple, donut and bacon.




  • 2 oz SWEAR JAR Maple Donut whisky
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 dashes bitters
  • 0.2 oz sugar syrup
  • 2 dashes foaming bitters or egg whites
  • Ice
  • 1 strip of fried baked
  • 1 shaker
  • 1 glass (go fancy, or don’t – no one gives a F@!&%)

  1. Add all ingredients to your shaker and shake the sh&t out of it.
  2. Strain into your glass.
  3. Garnish with bacon.


Bartender notes

If using egg white instead of foaming bitters, try a Dry Shake. That means shaking the ingredients of your whisky cocktail first without ice, then adding the ice and shaking again. Result: A F@!&%ng drop-dead gorgeous layer of foam.
